This position manages all information technology resources that support Transportation and Parking Services (TPS ) and ensures the reliability, security, and effectiveness of the department’s electronic data and systems. The role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of all internal systems, both on-site and remote, and leads efforts to integrate new technologies that enhance departmental operations.
