Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
GS 11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized Experience must Demonstrate the following 1) Analyzing Navy ERP for system defects, data trends and shortfall to improve data accuracy for all of Navy Supply.
2) Developing reports/metrics using various source systems; 3) Performing daily technical support: help desk ticket analysis, provide over the shoulder training, perform requirement gather, user acceptance testing and validation; 4) Utilizing business intelligence tools such as SAS or Tableau to produce command reports/dashboards; 5) Designing, developing and printing of training curriculum, courseware, knowledge transfer events (KTE), learning aids and materials; 6) Developing and executing IT project plans involving internal and external stakeholders; 7) Collaborating with teams of functional experts to resolve End User / Customer issues and problems; 8) Analyzing and summarizing; business trends and communicating information to upper management and 9) Experience with NAVY supply system in Master Data, Planning, Order Fulfillment & Allowancing, Procurement and Repair, Inventory Management or Production Support.
GS 12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized Experience must Demonstrate the following 1) Analyzing complex Navy ERP discrepancies and providing solutions.
2) Submitting and resolving trouble tickets with internal and external stakeholders. 3) Develop key metrics, reports, or visualizations, that are provided to senior leadership and decision makers.
4) Extensive experience in Navy ERP in one or more of the following areas; Supply Planning, Master data, Order Fulfillment, Allowancing, Procurement, Inventory management, or Production support.
5) Experience with proposing IT solutions that streamline processes. 6) Presenting leadership with data, trends, and recommendations for systemic issues.
