Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading and managing training programs for naval aviation technicians, including designing courses, overseeing staff, and ensuring programs run efficiently.
A good fit would be someone with experience in education or training administration who enjoys supervising teams and improving processes in a military or technical setting.
It requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with office software to handle both administrative tasks and instructional development.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the MRO-LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT, TECHNICAL TRAINING DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing Records Management program policies, directives and regulations, and related information management concepts, systems, and practices; 2) Managing technical training programs; 3) Developing course objectives, curricula, instructional materials and techniques, training plans; 4) Supervising, leading, managing and evaluating employee performance; and 5) Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy.
