Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage programs that prevent and respond to sexual assaults in the U.S.
Marine Corps, including advising commanders, working with partners on awareness efforts, and supporting victims through counseling and advocacy.
A good fit would be someone with experience in social services or victim support who is skilled at analyzing data, communicating effectively, and supervising staff in a military or high-stakes environment.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR in the United States Marine Corps of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program; collaborating with stakeholders identifying challenges and solutions in the reporting and responding procedures; AND providing information and advice on how to manage trends and characteristics of sexual assault.
