Summary

This job involves leading a small team of 3-12 staff members at a clay target center on a military base, where you'll assign tasks, manage schedules, evaluate performance, and help run recreational shooting activities.

Full Job Description

This position is located at Clay Target Center on Fort Bragg, NC Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.

Major Duties:

  • Supervises a staff of 3-12 employees, assigns and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis.
  • Plans work schedules, approves or disapproves leave, determines performance objectives and rates performance.
  • Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
