Summary

This job involves leading a team to ensure high-quality standards in ammunition production and operations at a U.S.

Specialized Experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/levelNH-02 (GS-08 equivalent).Specialized experience is defined as: 1).

Using varied approaches to resolve or collaborate on projects/programs issues; 2) Presenting informational briefings to keep employees up to date on organizations objectives; 3).

Planning functional technical activities for projects/programs; 4). Identifying and pursuing individual/team development opportunities AND 5).

Writes, or is a major contributor to, management/technical reports or contractual documents to support the overall mission.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Applicants must meet basic eligibility requirements such as minimum qualifications, and other regulatory requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

Major Duties:

  • Executes personnel management functions to support equal opportunity

  • Conducts formal meetings for final product conformance
  • Maintains communication with customer regarding performance of a contract.
