To qualify for a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist position, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A.
Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) Requirement: 4 years of Acquisition experience. AND B.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.
To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03, GS-13, or equivalent level under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
Creditable specialized experience includes: Performing quality assurance and its operational functions for a wide variety of contract types, contractors, and commodities.
Assessing the impact of policies on programs.
Devising and guiding execution of applicable regulations and directives, policies, and guidelines, and planning and implementing quality assurance operational functions. Major Duties:
