Summary

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the N49 - FORCE MAINTENANCE AND MATERIAL READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating maintenance and logistics operations; and analyzing programming documents, budgets, resources and organization to ensure supervised programs meet mission requirements.

  • You will serve as the primary advisor to the N4 ACOS regarding all aspects of Combat Systems.
  • You will oversee and direct the work of military and civilian personnel, and provide guidance on management tools, techniques, and access to timely and accurate information.
  • You will manage Combat Systems Life Cycle Support, ensuring appropriate and supportable maintenance and Integrated Logistics (ILS) approaches.
  • You will conduct periodic reviews and recommend adjustments to NSW Combat Systems inventory based on management practices and NSW operations and training requirements.
  • You will be involved with the development, interpretation, and implementation of logistics and maintenance policy, directives and procedures for the NSW community.
