As an Supervisory Operations Support Specialist, you will analyze major administrative aspects of substantive mission support-oriented programs and use their skills both in leadership and technical expertise to improve productivity and increase the quality of the work directed..

GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Leading a group or team of subordinates in developing administrative solutions to overcome organizational challenges.
Compiling input and recommendations from subject matter experts to make final decisions and recommendations to senior leadership on behalf of an internal entity of the organization.
Managing an organizational budget that provides updates to senior leadership and assists in departmental and/or organizational spending forecasts.
Physically communicating feedback to subordinates on their job performance. Communicating and enforcing policies and regulations to subordinates on behalf of senior leadership.
Employee management, training, security, safety, procurement, asset and fleet management, time and attendance, facilities, or telework.
