As an Supervisory Management & Program Analyst, you will evaluate major administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs, find ways to improve program productivity or increase the quality of the work products being delivered to our customers, and prioritize work for employees.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 02/19/2026.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

  • Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Document Management Division and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
  • Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities of employees, develops work plans, quality standards and organizes resources. Has full administrative and technical responsibility for work performed by subordinates.
  • Manages the review of operational activities to identify new processes and procedures to improve efficiency. Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are in line with new policies/procedures.
  • Implements strategies to optimize resources and make decisions to allocate team resources to meet the needs of all programs in the midst of competing priorities, finite resources, and administrative needs.
  • Manages the goals and objectives to be conducted within the Production Facility for mission success, this involves planning, staffing and training needs as necessary.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, lessors and GSA on all logistics and security matters related to their specific site.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of the Forms Center in meeting established goals and objectives, and advises senior management on staffing, budgetary, and process improvements.
