As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Records Division Chief), you will provide subject matter expertise across records and information management, information systems management, data analysis and reporting, customer relations, and process improvement.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 04/03/2026.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 04/03/2026.

GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

You must have experience performing majority of the following duties: Provides technical and administrative supervision to a team of analysts responsible for administering records management programs.

Coordinates and directs records management activities, overseeing the resolution of complex and diverse issues related to records management.

Ensures compliance with the Federal Records Act and related regulations. Establishes long-range work plans and determines actions required to achieve records program objectives.

  • Provides program oversight and administrative leadership for the Records Program operations within the Investor Program Office (IPO).
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in records and Information management, information systems management, data analysis and reporting, customer relations, and process analysis.
  • Evaluates policies in program areas and recommends objectives and improvements to enhance future program effectiveness.
  • Utilizes comprehensive data analysis to identify and resolve problems, develop innovative solutions to complex issues, and prepares reports or presents recommendations.
