Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage recruitment, hiring, and professional development for naval acquisition programs, while ensuring compliance with federal rules and providing strategic advice to department leaders.

You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Acquisition Career Center of NACC FIELD OFC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Federal sources such as Title Five, Code of Federal Regulations and strategic plans for Human Capital Initiatives for input within broad-based studies that influence strategy, tools, and program interventions; skills in developing Human Capital strategies and creating program planning efforts that meet or exceed recruitment and hiring initiatives, campaigns, or unique efforts; skills in developing Human Capital strategies and creating program planning.
