Major Duties:
The Associate Chief Counsel (Finance & Management) supports the administrative, financial, and managerial programs of the Office of Chief Counsel and provides advice to the Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel on all management matters for the organization nationwide.
The ACC (F&M) is also responsible for most administrative functions and personnel in 50 offices nationwide.
An experienced administrative professional is sought to work in a fast-paced, public-sector, legal environment.
The selectee will serve as the Executive Assistant to the Associate Chief Counsel assisting with the day-to-day management of the Office's administrative programs and policies.
As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will: Plan, direct, assign, and review the work of the ACC (F&M) Front Office administrative staff or other assigned administrative and/or support personnel for timeliness, technical accuracy, and completeness.
Gather and analyze information from a variety of sources to formulate conclusions and off er recommendations which adequately address evolving organizational needs.
Evaluate and advise on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing a variety of administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, and documentation systems.
Coordinate the work of the ACC (F&M) Front Office with representatives from other offices to solves problems that affect offices or programs across Chief Counsel.
Serve as a primary point-of-contact for a variety of high-profile special projects. This is not an all-inclusive list.
