This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Asst Secretary for Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner. Washington D.C.
is a potential duty location for this position; however, the Washington D.C. office is expected to relocate to Alexandria, Virginia.
Selectees may be required to report initially to Washington, D.C and later report to Alexandria, Virginia.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Overseeing a team of analysts or serving as a senior analyst responsible for analyzing and evaluating organizational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity; AND - Experience reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for improvement to administrative programs and functions; AND - Developing and presenting recommendations based on analysis and evaluation of administrative programs and functions.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.

As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will: Lead a team of Management Analyst responsible for analyzing and evaluating (on a qualitative and quantitative basis) interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, and establishing criteria to measure and/or predict the effectiveness of operations and activities in meeting established goals and objectives.
Develop options, recommendations, and conclusions that take into account and give appropriate weight to uncertainties about the data and other variables that affect long range program performance.
Direct ESSD team and structures assignments. Performs daily administrative and project management functions to supervised individuals.
