This job involves leading a team that provides cyber support and technical assistance for submarine IT systems in the Navy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely across multiple locations like Hawaii and Guam.
You'll handle planning, budgeting, and coordination with users to keep systems up-to-date and ready for use.

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
You will serve as the Branch Head for the Fleet Cyber Support Branch (Code 45300) within the Fleet Readiness Department, Fleet Technical Support Division of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11 and GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying Information Technology (IT) principles to carry out technical support for submarine IT systems.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
