Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

This job involves leading a team in the Navy's IT division to design, manage, and support computer networks, devices, and infrastructure for both secure and everyday use.
You'll oversee projects, guide staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly to meet military goals.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (ENTARCH) in the ENGINEERING /INFRASTRUCTURE/DEVICE MANAGEMENT DIVISION, DIGITAL NETWORKS AND APPLICATIONS DEPARTMENT (DNA) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) demonstrating expert technical expertise in all IT functional areas, and ability to integrate this expertise with practical knowledge of the mission, objectives, and operations.
2.) demonstrating technical knowledge of the architecture, procurement, and processes used by the community for Information Technology. 3).
exercising delegated authority and personal judgement to lead the administration of the various computing devices supported by DNA without the need for approval for standard technical recommendations.
4.) exercising direct supervision over subordinate personnel, using independent judgment in directing subordinates, to include assigning responsibilities, providing guidance, and establishing standards of performance.
5) establishing and explaining expected goals and assessing overall performance in reaching these objectives; establishing, revising, or reviewing policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational design for the staff, as necessary, to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.
