Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage IT projects focused on installing communication, command, control, and intelligence systems for submarines in the Navy.
You'll guide your team, plan tasks, handle budgets, and ensure everything meets goals while mentoring staff for growth.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the SUBMARINE C4I PLANNING & EXECUTION of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The minimum qualifications for these supervisory roles require demonstrated leadership ability to lead change, mentor employees, develop, and manage personnel fostering team building, and providing oversight to achieve strategic program objectives.
Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge and experience in applying installation policy, sound project management concepts, and systems engineering principles for C4ISR and Information Technology system installations.
