This job involves leading a team that plans and runs tests for naval weapons and systems on a sea range in California, ensuring everything runs smoothly for military customers.
You'll work with partners to meet their needs, improve operations based on past experiences, and manage staff in a technical environment.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the RANGES/TRGTS OPS/INSTRMTN & LABS GROUP, POINT MUGU SEA RANGE DEPT, SEA RANGE OPERATIONS DIV, SR TEST MANAGEMENT BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Supervising teams responsible for the planning and execution of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) operations; 2) Engaging with partner, stakeholder and customer organizations to identify requirements, align support efforts, and overcome barriers to operations; 3) Applying knowledge of RDT&E range operations to align range services with customer requirements; and 4) Capturing and applying lessons learned during operations to inform continual improvement processes.
