Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

This job involves leading a team that oversees complex IT and communication systems for the Navy, focusing on planning, managing resources, and solving problems to ensure projects stay on track.
It requires supervising staff, mentoring juniors, and handling budgets in a military setting.

You will serve as the SUPERVISOR of the BATTLE SPACE AWARENESS DIVISION HEAD (01C10) in the DEPARTMENT HEAD FLEET C41 (01C00) of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, NO-05 or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Solving multi-faceted complex problems relating to cost / schedule / performance / resource management, building coalitions across agencies and within the command, communicating effectively (both oral and written), understanding and mentoring junior staff on program management, and understanding budgeting and fiscal responsibility in the DOW / DOD.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
