Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience establishing subordinates performance standards, evaluating subordinates, and conducting supervisory counseling sessions.
Experience identifying and advocating for resources and for information and decisions on major work issues.
Experience advising and providing guidance to clinical providers on risk assessment and case management services and other therapeutic interventions for high risk clients.
Experience completing quarterly quality assurance reports and analyze trends and outcomes.
