Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience establishing subordinates performance standards, evaluating subordinates, and conducting supervisory counseling sessions.
Experience identifying and advocating for resources and for information and decisions on major work issues.
Experience advising and providing guidance to clinical providers on risk assessment and case management services and other therapeutic interventions for high risk clients.
Experience completing quarterly quality assurance reports and analyze trends and outcomes.

- You will serve as Liasion with court services units, providing information or collaborating and serve on action groups.
- You will provide crisis intervention services for all Counseling, Advocacy, and Prevention programs.
