Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

The position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services, Human Resources Directorate, Technology and Data Support Division (TDSD).
TDSD is responsible for all strategic planning Information Technology (IT) initiates, human capital reform initiatives, and is the focal point for integration of cross functional HR policies and programs to assist the Office of Chief Management Officer and Director Washington Headquarters Services in the Fourth Estates HR roles and responsibilities.

Oral Communication- briefing mid-level management and IT staff on the status of information technology systems, projects, or daily operations, including the communication of technical information to a non-technical audience.
Problem Solving- identifying alternatives to address complex information technology-related issues by gathering and applying information from a variety of sources that provide a number of potential solutions.
AND You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability in:.
Performing IT, information management, application development, and security in an organization.
Applies analytical, evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of automated systems.
Provides product-related training and documentation to users, collaborates with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Serve as an authority/project facilitator across WHS/OSD for the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiative and Lean Six Sigma.
Advises management on difficult problems, conducts special studies, and proposes options and alternations representing the various WHS/OSD organizations.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Applies analytical, evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of automated systems, to include Business Objects, report generation and development, application management, configuration, universe construction, and accounts and controls.
Serves as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on the TDSD/HRD technical contracts.
