This job involves leading a team of HR professionals to handle employee recruitment, training, pay, and workplace relations for the U.S. Marine Corps in California.
You'll advise managers on HR rules and policies while ensuring everything follows laws and supports the organization's long-term goals.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the delivery of human resources services; providing recruitment, position classification, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, oversight of automated personnel information systems, employee development AND ensuring compliance with governing laws/regulations and developing, interpreting/advising senior management on human resource policies/administration and providing input for the strategic planning of human capital resources for an organization.
