Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of HR advisors who handle employee and labor relations issues in the U.S.
Marine Corps, such as resolving conflicts, managing grievances, and advising on performance problems.
You'll provide expert guidance to managers and employees on tough workplace situations and ensure fair handling of disputes.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/LABOR RELATIONS) in the Administration & Resources Management Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing complex legal problems and providing advice and assistance on management-employee relations, labor practices, administrative and negotiated grievances, performance management AND/OR employee counseling.
