Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Comprehensive Housing Management experience, Knowledge of Fair housing laws, basic understanding of Public Private Venture (PPV) program, Comprehensive knowledge of housing codes, policies, regulation and law.

  • You will be responsible for the accomplishment of broad management functions with the planning, management, administration and implementation of the technical and administrative operations of the housing management programs.
  • You will review Inspector General (IG) and audit reports of installation housing management to assure appropriate response and corrective action.
  • You will review and interpret DOD, USMC, and installation orders and policies for impact on the Public Private Venture (PPV) programs.
  • You will plan, schedule, and coordinate the work among office specialists.
  • You will establish work priorities and deadlines; explaining work requirements and methodologies to be used and executed; outlining procedures to employees as needed.
  • You will review work in progress or upon completion; approving leave and timecards; reviewing and authorizing employee travel; completing annual performance reviews.
  • You will coordinate actions/correspondence with other installation staff offices.
