Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing/analyzing financial data, generating reports and ensuring data integrity utilizing a financial management systems (i.e.

Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, (ERP)); 2) Reviewing internal financial controls to ensure compliance with fiscal law and policy, and manage responses to audits; 3) Identifying process weaknesses and implementing corrective actions to improve financial integrity and audit readiness.

  • You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the execution of domain wide budget, obligations and expenditures.
  • You will reconcile expenditures funded by contracts for training thorughout the Domain.
  • You will conduct analysis of account balance to ensure they are within prescribed operating procedures.
  • You will review labor to include forecasting, corrections and obligations.
