Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing financial planning and budgeting for the Navy Personnel Command, including managing federal budgets, analyzing policies on funding and accounting, and preparing reports for leaders.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating complex legislation, policy and regulatory decisions concerning accounting, funds distribution, and civilian labor funding; 2) Presenting financial reports, issuing correspondence, and submitting budget plans to leadership; and 3) Managing the Federal Budget process using the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Executing System (PPBES) cycles for the organization.
