Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of lawyers in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to handle lawsuits against discrimination when negotiations fail, focusing on complex cases like widespread workplace bias.
You'll supervise staff, develop legal strategies, train attorneys, and recommend ways to improve operations.

As a Supervisory Attorney-Advisor (CR) at the GS-0905-15, you will be assigned to one of the following Legal Units: Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Memphis, Phoenix, or St.
Louis in the Office of General Counsel, EEOC.
If selected, you will be responsible for recommending and conducting all litigation with respect to the matters investigated by the District's enforcement units where conciliation has failed.
Duty station will be at HQ or any EEOC field office. For the GS-15: You must have earned a professional law degree (J.D.
or LL.B.) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association, be an active member of the BAR, and have 4 years of professional legal experience with at least one year being equivalent to the GS-14 level.
Professional legal education above the first professional law degree may be substituted for experience required as follows:(a) The second professional law degree (LL.M) may be substituted for one year of experience (b) The third law degree (J.S.D) may be substituted for one year of experience beyond the LL.M.
