The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Strategic Asset Utilization Division.
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Administrative and Management Positions.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-13 or equivalent in other pay systems.
Specialized experience is to lead the Strategic Asset Utilization Division by setting strategy, priorities, and measurable goals that align property planning and execution with mission needs.
Deliver safe, compliant, high-quality operations by establishing and improving policies, procedures, and internal controls, while balancing workload and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and develop the workforce by assigning work based on capability and requirements, evaluating performance, addressing issues appropriately, and identifying training and development needs to strengthen outcomes.
Represent the Real Property Agency with senior stakeholders across installations and functional organizations, building strong working relationships, communicating clearly in writing and verbally, resolving complex customer issues, and driving special projects to completion with defined milestones and results.

Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and apprise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. 4.
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. 5.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work.
