Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team that manages complex technology programs for the Navy, focusing on systems that help with awareness in battle situations and information technology.
You'll oversee planning, budgets, and team performance while solving tough problems and mentoring staff.

You will serve as the SUPERVISOR of the BATTLE SPACE AWARENESS DIVISION HEAD (01C10) in the DEPARTMENT HEAD FLEET C41 (01C00) of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Solving multi-faceted complex problems relating to cost / schedule / performance / resource management, building coalitions across agencies and within the command, communicating effectively (both oral and written), understanding and mentoring junior staff on program management, and understanding budgeting and fiscal responsibility in the DOW / DOD.
