This job is for a supervisor in the Navy's IT systems command, where you'll oversee teams managing business IT projects, handle budgets, timelines, and performance, and use modern methods to keep systems running smoothly.
It's ideal for experienced IT leaders who enjoy guiding teams, solving complex problems, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced government environment.
You'll focus on planning, improving processes, and ensuring projects stay on track without going over budget.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing IT program/portfolio management that includes strategic change management (e.g., establishing a strategic vision, developing creative and innovative approaches, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in response to changing environments and new information), Continuous Process Improvement and Total Ownership Costs.
