Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a supervisor leading a team in a naval cybersecurity division, where you'll manage projects, handle budgets, and oversee contracts to improve organizational security.
It involves guiding technical work on networks and security while coordinating with other leaders to meet program goals.
A good fit would be someone with leadership experience in tech or defense projects, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity basics.
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the CYBER/S&T Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading a team in the execution of computer networking concepts/protocols and network security methodologies; and applying contract and procurement expertise to support division cybersecurity projects/tasks.
