Summary
This job is for a supervisor in a naval command focused on planning and executing installations of communication, command, control, and computer systems for submarines.
You'll lead a team to complete projects on time, mentor staff for growth, manage budgets and resources, and work with leaders to meet mission goals.

Key Requirements

Full Job Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the SUBMARINE C4I PLANNING & EXECUTION of NIWC ATLANTIC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The minimum qualifications for these supervisory roles require demonstrated leadership ability to lead change, mentor employees, develop, and manage personnel fostering team building, and providing oversight to achieve strategic program objectives.
Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge and experience in applying installation policy, sound project management concepts, and systems engineering principles for C4ISR and Information Technology system installations.
