Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

This position works in-person at the WorkSource Clallam County office in Sequim.
This position will be eligibles for 1 day of telework per week after training.

Their coaching style is empathetic yet accountable, ensuring customers understand program expectations while receiving the encouragement and tools needed to overcome obstacles.
The ideal candidate is also a highly organized facilitator and instructor who can design and deliver engaging curriculum, workshops, and orientations for diverse learners.
They are adept at using varied instructional strategies, integrating technology, and creating clear course materials that support defined learning outcomes.
