This job involves managing supplies, equipment, and inventory for a military and veterans academy in Pennsylvania, including ordering items, tracking stock, and keeping records to keep operations running smoothly.
It's a full-time, on-site role with a standard daytime schedule.
A good fit would be someone detail-oriented with experience in warehouse or clerical work who enjoys organizing and ensuring everything is in place for a team.

Serving in the role of Supply Coordinator, you will be involved a wide range of responsibilities, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and managing inventory for the academy's supplies, equipment, and property.
You will also be responsible for maintaining all necessary logistical records and documentation, as well as managing key control and maintenance work orders for equipment and facilities.
Additionally, you will implement and maintain an inventory management system, including completing any necessary training.
Your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the academy's supply and inventory management processes
