This job involves managing a storeroom for lottery supplies, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing items while keeping accurate records and handling inventory checks.
You'll also maintain office vehicles, answer phones, and assist with general office tasks in a government setting.
It's a good fit for someone with hands-on experience in stock management and basic administrative skills who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work.

In this role, you will order, receive, store, and distribute Lottery-related materials and supplies for our Area Office.
We will rely on you to determine the quantity and timing of when to order supplies and if shipments received are accurate as ordered.
This includes maintaining accurate inventory records and for all types of ticket stock by comparing physical inventory with system reports, as well as identifying obsolete materials, recommending if they should be destroyed or recycled, and ensuring that all ticket stock is stored as required by security policies.
You will also be responsible for maintaining our Area Office vehicle fleet per Commonwealth guidelines which includes obtaining required state inspections, arranging for routine maintenance, and completing required automotive reports.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, ad hoc.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Middletown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
