Requirements

In this role, you will order, receive, store, and distribute Lottery-related materials and supplies for our Area Office.

We will rely on you to determine the quantity and timing of when to order supplies and if shipments received are accurate as ordered.

This includes maintaining accurate inventory records and for all types of ticket stock by comparing physical inventory with system reports, as well as identifying obsolete materials, recommending if they should be destroyed or recycled, and ensuring that all ticket stock is stored as required by security policies.

You will also be responsible for maintaining our Area Office vehicle fleet per Commonwealth guidelines which includes obtaining required state inspections, arranging for routine maintenance, and completing required automotive reports.

Responsibilities also involve answering telephone calls, taking messages, assisting with office paperwork, and providing general information as needed. Apply and achieve your goals with us!

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, ad hoc.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Middletown. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.


Additional Requirements:

  • You must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
