Full Job Description

This position is located at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.

Must be able to obtain a nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED Highly Desired Candidate qualifications: One (1) year of full-time work experience in the sports and fitness industry.

Current nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Highly Preferred qualification: Must have 6 months of experience preparing athletic fields and various courts for league play, including setup, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and facility standards.

Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants may be referred for consideration at managements request. Major Duties:

  • Supports activities and services of the athletics and intramural sports program. Provides oversight of events and tournaments.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of athletic facilities. Ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures.
  • Assistants with publicity of events and tournaments and assists. Assistants with publicity of events and tournaments and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers, and other promotional material.
  • Provides outstanding customer service with an emphasis on courtesy, Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
