Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing building renovations and construction projects for a Navy program in Washington, D.C., from initial planning to completion, including reviewing designs, managing budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in facilities management who enjoys coordinating teams, solving on-site problems, and optimizing office or workspace use.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing space and facilities projects including planning, designing, and overseeing renovation and construction projects, reviewing construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance, analyzing cost estimates, and resolving issues from preliminary design through construction.
