Source Strategies Analysts collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence (multi-INT), multi-source strategies to address intelligence problems.
They create tasking and dissemination requirements; adjudicate requirements; analyze and investigate collection performance; assess and report on end-to-end GEOINT system performance data; and advise customers MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required).

Experience advising on collection management issues and topics to a variety of audiences, to include leadership. 2.
Knowledge of the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) process. 3. Experience developing collection strategies to solve a problem set. 4.
Experience with coordinating, planning, leading, and/or managing tasks in order to meet mission-related timelines 5.
Experience working collaboratively across teams and/or customers to solve a problem set. 6. Experience with researching to develop and/or deliver information to audiences. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field, preferably Liberal Arts or the Physical Sciences, or a related field. -OR- B.
Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus applied experience in the intelligence field, imagery analysis, the use of current GIS tools, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.
As a rule, 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of applied experience in the intelligence field, imagery analysis, the use of current GIS tools, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: Near visual acuity of 20/40 or better with or without corrective lenses DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1.
Experience with processing customer needs related to Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) collection management. 2. Experience tasking from remote Geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) platforms. 3.
Experience working collaboratively across teams and/or customers to support the development of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) collection strategies. 4.
Experience developing automated multi-intelligence collection strategies based on customer requirements in order to solve a problem set. Major Duties:
