Base salary range: $123,041 - $159,950

This role involves leading high-impact national projects for the National Endowment for the Arts, such as America 250 and the World Summit, while directly supporting the agency's Chair with planning and execution.

The position is located within the Office of the Chair, National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).
The incumbent reports to the Chair and performs a variety of national-level, high-visibility project management responsibilities with broad public and governmental impact.
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirement: Specialized Experience for this GS-15 You qualify for this GS-15 grade level (starting salary $169,279) if you possess one year of specialized experience in the Federal service or equivalent public or private sector experience at a level comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-14 grade level performing the following duties: Developing and maintaining tracking tools and processes to monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Developing, implementing, and/or monitoring short- and long-term projects to ensure successful achievement of project objectives.
Managing multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities to execute projects effectively.
Applying project management principles, strategic planning, executive-level leadership, and advanced analytical and evaluative methods to complete work and recommend appropriate courses of action.
