This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive engineering, technical, and administrative support within the Pavement Design Unit.
The role ensures that all projects, activities, and daily operations meet established quality standards and align with departmental objectives.
The incumbent applies advanced engineering principles, sound judgment, and industry best practices to assess project needs, resolve complex technical issues, and guide the successful completion of assigned tasks.
The position also contributes to the development, review, and improvement of pavement design processes while supporting coordination with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all unit functions.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 5 days per pay period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in King of Prussia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
