Read and comprehend blueprints, technical manuals, sketches, building plans and notes which are complex or incomplete requiring extensive knowledge of carpentry, masonry, roofing, concrete, and painting terminology.
Ability to understand all safety warning signage (PPE, equipment, vehicles, signs, emails, etc.) Track daily work through work orders generated by a facility management software system, including tracking all hours, materials and equipment.
Interpret and/or relay instructions in a team based environment
