Qualifications: In order to be qualified for this position you must possess the ability to do the work of the position with no more than normal supervision.
Perform simple and routine work involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and related utilities, requiring the use of a variety of trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, cement work, painting, and other related trades.
You must provide specific examples in your resume of how you meet the qualification listed above.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Major Duties:
Major Duties: Performs simple and routine maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and equipment.
Performs minor carpentry repairs using simple measures and hand tools on such tasks as trail maintenance, grounds maintenance, painting, etc.
Performs painting projects using appropriate tools and techniques. Performs minor plumbing repairs such as, faucet replacement, drain cleaning/repair. Performs restroom repair/cleaning services.
Performs ground maintenance activities on public access locations. Performs building cleaning activities.
