Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing safety and health programs in a naval maintenance center, ensuring workers follow rules to stay safe and compliant with laws.
You'll advise on risks, investigate accidents, and track safety data for the organization.

You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST in the ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY & HEALTH (ESH) DEPARTMENT of SOUTHEAST REG MAINTENANCE CTR SERMC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing expertise related to multiple safety and health programs.
Experience generating required safety, health and metrics to SERMC, CNRMC, and NAVSEA.
Experience and skill assessing and advising on the impact of commands activities on occupational safety and health issues.
