Requirements
This role provides essential support to the Roadway Programs Manager or the Highway Maintenance Manager by engaging in the planning and analysis of data pertinent to the evaluation of contractor activities, programs, and associated costs within Engineering District 6-0, Maintenance Unit. The individual in this position will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to ensure that contractor performance aligns with established standards and budgetary constraints. This involves a thorough examination of various metrics and reports, facilitating informed decision-making processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. By collaborating closely with management, the position plays a crucial role in optimizing roadway maintenance strategies and ensuring that all activities are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position
Salary:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per week upon successful completion of probationary period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in King of Prussia. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Roadway Programs Technician 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment, and an Associate's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or closely related program; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
