This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: I have the ability to perform the work of a Rigger Leader, as demonstrated by experience, working independently completing tasks as an expert and have been consulted by other employees in difficult situations performing duties including passing on instructions from supervisors; getting work started; setting the pace; demonstrating proper work methods; seeing that plans, materials, and tools are available; answering questions of workers on procedures, policies, instructions, or other directives; checking work in progress; assuring that safety and housekeeping rules are followed; reporting to supervisors on status of work; and/or answering questions of supervisors on overall work operations and problems.
