Job Description

Summary

This role involves working with partners and customers to figure out what they need for geospatial intelligence projects, helping integrate new systems and processes, and using engineering know-how to spot and solve issues.

It's ideal for someone with a background in technical analysis, strong communication skills, and experience in intelligence or data handling who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving in a government setting.

The position supports building a pool of candidates for a specific hiring event in early 2026.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in GEOINT, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Remote Sensing, Requirements Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 4 years)

Full Job Description

Requirements and Integration Analysts coordinate with mission partners and customers to define domain-specific requirements and processes, and support the integration of future systems and methodologies.

They leverage system engineering principles and best practices, apply domain-specific knowledge, and represent the community perspective to identify current and future needs.

These analysts also e MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required).

Experience communicating to leadership and other stakeholders through written, visual, and/or verbal reporting and presentation. 2.

Experience analyzing requirements, and/or integration capability documents including but not limited to engineering processes, computer science, and/or data analytics for validity and accuracy. 3.

Experience with intelligence collection management, processes, and/or tools. 4. Experience with identifying and tracking customer requirements. 5.

Experience with implementing process improvement by defining problems and identifying solutions. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in GEOINT, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Remote Sensing, Requirements Management, or a related field. -OR- B.

Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience that involves defining domain-specific requirements and processes or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.

As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of college is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in defining domain-specific requirements and processes or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1.

Experience working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met. 2.

Experience identifying sensor capabilities and limitations to determine applicability to obtain data to conduct or enhance collection. 3.

Experience analyzing complex problems and making data-driven recommendations. 4. Experience working with the defense acquisition process. Major Duties:
