Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage intelligence collection needs for defense missions, representing the agency in high-level policy discussions, and solving complex problems related to strategy and operations without much oversight.

Represent positions of combatant commands and other DIA components on mission management issues in DoD and interagency policy, strategy and doctrine forums. 2.
Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and developing creative solutions with no daily supervision. 3.
Interprets complex strategy and policy problems by applying expert knowledge of policy, strategy, and programs to solve problems. 4.
Recognizes conflict and takes steps to address issues by meeting with the involved parties. 5.
Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and /or expertise in Combatant Command Joint Intelligence support processes and procedures. 2.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of SIGDEV support concepts to enable the development of targets in the cyber domain. 3.
Knowledge of cryptologic Functional Support Plans (FSPs), Cryptologic Support Plans (CSPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) that support cyber operational/SIGDEV requirements. Major Duties:
