Job Duties:
  • The Administrative Assistant will maintain records, complete all office assignments daily, and assists in the needs of the facilitators.

  • Receive removal prevention Child and Family Team Meeting (CFTM) referrals, gather pertinent information, and assign referrals to Removal Prevention CFTM Facilitator staff.

  • File, answer telephone calls, set up appointments, mail final documents out to clients and maintain daily office functions.

  • Maintain a detailed Excel spreadsheet of all referrals, assignments, date when services are due and service completion dates.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all cases and link files into Child and Adult Protective Services System (CAPSS).

  • Ensure that Personal Identifying Information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed. Protect the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment and data.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A High School Diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.

A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
