Full Job Description

Registered Nurses in this job perform tasks for health programs or nursing assignments in a variety of settings with a variety of patient groups, care providers and/or facilities. Exercise full professional discretion and technical judgment based on licensure in general duty settings, clinical nursing settings and/or in public health programs.



Registered Nurses in this position are responsible for clinical criteria reviews to help determine medical necessity. You will work indirectly with a variety of stakeholders, including the members. Evaluation and implementation of state rules, Medicaid policies,
and CMS regulations.


*YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTERED NURSE LICENSURE WITH THE STATE OF UTAH*



The ideal candidate hired for this position will have experience:

  • Reviewing Medical Criteria

  • Implementing state and federal policies

  • Medical document auditing

  • Home Health Care

  • Behavioral Health Care

  • Google/Microsoft Office operations
