About the position: About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Outdoor Recreation / Tickets and Travel This position is guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours but can be scheduled to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have progressive experience which has provided a general familiarity with the routines and procedures for ticket and travel operations.
Practical knowledge of ITT procedures and the hospitality industry.
Must have experience to show knowledge of basic accounting practices and knowledge of cash handling procedures, bank deposits, inventory control, and cash register systems.
Prior customer service experience is required. ----OR---- Education: Associate degree in hospitality or Bachelors degree in a related field. Major Duties:
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Information Tickets and Travel (ITT) operations/activities. Oversee the establishment, review, and evaluation of ticket sales.
Analyze market trends to maximize customer satisfaction. Negotiate group pricing for admission/travel for sporting events, tours, concerts, and performing arts venues.
Operate various software programs to create advertising fliers, brochures, and materials for distribution and bulletin boards.
Provide transportation/vehicle support to the Outdoor Recreation Program when needed.
